In 2005 Scott left a 20-year career in the financial services industry to pursue his life-long passion for boating. He enjoys all kinds of on-water activities including fishing, sailing, water skiing and scuba diving. The past three years Scott and the Barrier Island Fishing Team have participated in the SC Governor's Cup Billfish Tournament series. Scott has four children and lives in Mount Pleasant, SC.
